Marketer / Hospital Liaison – The Phoenix Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
Salary: Up to $120,000 per year + performance-based bonuses
The Phoenix Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents while fostering strong relationships with the community and local hospitals. We are seeking a dynamic Marketer / Hospital Liaison to join our team and drive admissions growth through strategic partnerships and outreach.
Marketer / Hospital Liaison Position Overview:As a Marketer / Hospital Liaison, you will serve as the primary point of contact between The Phoenix and local hospitals, physician offices, and community organizations. You will promote our services, coordinate admissions, and build lasting relationships to support the facility’s growth.
Marketer / Hospital Liaison Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with local hospitals, rehab centers, and physician offices.
Coordinate patient admissions and communicate effectively with clinical teams and families.
Promote The Phoenix’s services to potential referral sources and the community.
Track and report marketing activities, referrals, and outcomes.
Attend community and hospital events to increase awareness of the facility.
Collaborate with the admissions and clinical teams to ensure smooth transitions for new residents.
Proven experience in healthcare marketing, hospital liaison, or sales within a clinical setting preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services a plus.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Salary: Up to $120,000 per year + performance-based bonuses
